Private yoga sessions with me are a healthy mix of movement and stillness. We build your practice slowly, breathing with intention, taking our time.
Mastery in yoga is not like the outer world’s fast-paced, cruel, chaotic climb. It is the coming home to self, one breath at a time.
Each session is shaped to meet your nervous system and your current state and build you up from there.
Breath-led Movement: A pace that honors rest and presence
Stretching, strengthening, twisting, bending – all of the key aspects of a yoga practice – but done slow and steady.
Guiding you into deep stillness through Shavasana. I insist we do a long shavasana.
This is a space where you don’t need to perform, fix, or strive. Just arrive, and allow the practice to meet you where you are.

Addressing your concerns about private yoga sessions.
We understand that you might have questions before starting your yoga journey. This section is here to help clarify any uncertainties you may have about our private sessions. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to feel confident in choosing the right service for you.
I have taught plenty of yoga online since 2020. It’s a teacher’s skill, to be able to convey something through her voice, and have her students’ full attention while doing so. Don’t worry, you are in safe hands.
I teach slow-paced, breath-centered Hatha Yog. Each session ends with meditation to integrate the practice fully.
Honestly, I was never the teacher who went around the class pushing students deeper into their poses. Voice is my power. Sure, I understand there is a limitation to not being able to correct a student through touch. But it hasn’t been a deal breaker for my current students.
Yes — most sessions naturally include both. Movement and stillness complement each other beautifully.
Not in the beginning. We will take our time to make them challenging. But even then, Yoga is not going to challenge you like cross fit or HIIT. Yoga goals are different.
Purification – both of mind and body.
Strong and flexible – both in mind and body.
Stillness, Centeredness, Release of stress, tensions stored in the mind-body.
Better Brain health, nervous system health, hormonal health – overall improving all inner body functions, not just toning muscles.
A lot of our life starts to get better with practice. One has to stay consistent to see those results.
While these sessions can feel therapeutic, they are not a substitute for therapy. This is a practice that’s ancient, tried and tested for generations, designed to support emotional and energetic well being.
