Absolutely. These sessions are intentionally slow, gentle, and tailored to your starting point. No experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive and surrender.
That’s entirely up to you. Some people do weekly, others monthly. You’re welcome to begin with a single session and then explore what rhythm feels supportive.
Stillness meditation. No techniques, just sitting to do nothing. Mastering the art of effortless sitting. Don’t worry if this sounds difficult, that’s exactly why I am here to guide you with.
Initially I would recommend doing it with me through our sessions. Once you start becoming seasoned, we can explore recording our sessions.
While these sessions can feel therapeutic, they are not a substitute for therapy. This is a practice that’s ancient, tried and tested for generations, designed to support emotional and energetic well being.
