Monthly Full Moon Meditations

Sitting in stillness under the light of Purnima. I have been offering full moon meditations for the past 5 years and they are loved by many.

This is a growing library of monthly meditations – each one recorded in alignment with the energy of that full moon, and is available to practice any time, even after the full moon.

  • New meditation added every full moon – it happens Live on the evening of the full moon night – 7:00 PM IST
  • The live then gets saved as a recording, and can be played anytime.
  • Each session is 20–25 minutes
  • All past sessions are saved and accessible 
  • You will be inside the account till 20 days from the date of joining
  • Join anytime, start practicing with the recorded meditations and wait for the full moon evening (7:00 PM IST) to catch me for a Live meditation.
