As a small, independent teacher-led offering, a lot of care and energy goes into each course and session shared. Thank you for honouring the time, space and sincerity behind this work.

1:1 Sessions

• Bookings once made are non-refundable after 24 hours from time of purchase.
• If you write to us within 24 hours, we will process the refund. Refund Processing time can range from 9 to 15 days.
• If it turns out that I am not available to teach the sessions at all, full amount will be refunded back.
• Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be counted as a completed session.

Online Courses (Instagram Access)

• Due to the nature of the offering (immediate access to digital content), no cancellations or refunds will be issued once the payment is made.
• Please read the course description and ensure your Instagram handle is correct at the time of purchase.
• Access is manually granted within 48 hours.

Full Moon Meditations

• As a recurring offering with growing content access, there are no refunds after access has been granted.
• However, if you face a technical issue or mistakenly make a duplicate payment, do write in within 24 hours.

Future Retreats

• A separate cancellation and refund policy will be outlined for each retreat, depending on location, partner policies, and logistics.
• In general, retreat bookings will include a non-refundable deposit, and partial refunds may be available if cancellations are made well in advance.
